We are seeking an experienced Senior Research And Development Engineer in the field of Engineering Polymers to conduct advanced research and develop innovative plastic products, especially fire retardant products.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing product development in the engineering polymers field.

• Close contact with the company's marketing, technology, production, and purchase divisions.

Requirements:

• Experience in product development in the engineering polymers field.

• B.s.c / M.s.c in chemicals or chemicals/materials or plastics engineering.

• PhD in chemicals – an advantage.

⁃ Ability to think outside the box and approach problems creatively.

⁃ Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and teamwork.

⁃ Solid academic background, capable of conducting research and staying updated with relevant articles in the field.
