We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Operations to lead the technical operations department, further establish technical support processes, and tools, and grow the team to ensure top product quality.
Position:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support and product operations
- Establish and improve processes and procedures for technical support, including incident management, ticketing systems, and knowledge management
- Own, lead, and implement various project plans and procedures that align with the technical support strategic objectives
- Engage, work, and coordinate with other departments and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure that technology needs are met and systems are integrated effectively with other business processes
- Set strategic goals and establish best practices, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the company’s business teams and clients to deeply understand their needs and requirements
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the teams
- Monitor and analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and resource allocation optimization
- Drive the resolution of complex technical issues and ensure timely and effective communication with customers
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, sales, QA, and R&D teams to address customer needs and enhance the product roadmap
- Lead product operations activities related to vendor integration and monitoring
- Communicate new features and tools needed for the tech support team
- Proven experience (4 years+) in a leadership role managing global technical support and solution teams in the AdTech industry
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiar with Open RTB, Vast
- Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems
- Experience with programming, scripting, and working with Web APIs - big advantage
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Analytic skills, experience working with large data sets and various reporting tools
- High level of English with excellent communication skills
- Organized with flawless attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
