Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Quality of products for the company: Customers, Production and Suppliers
• Responsibility for leading management and analysis of risks from the design stages (PFMEA) - development, suppliers, production, to delivery to the end customer
• Responsibility for quality requirements of material & suppliers during inspection and production processes.
• Analysis and distribution of statistical information for Quality processes
• Responsibility for leading MRB, RMA, RTV and CAPA processes for production and suppliers
• Ability to investigate and determine Root Cause, Corrective Action and Effectivity Implementation
• Ability to interface and cooperate with different functions within the company
• Preparation of a survey (QBR) and presentation of the quality indicators suppliers, process, KPI customers
• Leading operations of customer complaints including formalization of customer reports
• Verification of compliance to plant processes according with the requirements of the various relevant standards
• Preparation and management of internal and external assessments and identification of opportunities for improvement as a result of audits, including closure of findings
• Identifying weaknesses / issues that require training and defining training needed to be performed
• Training of employees for various departments according to need / requirements, including updating procedures
• Supporting incoming inspection, production and final inspection for different lines
• Handling inspection reports/FAI for suppliers according to customer requirements. Eyeballing inspections
• Supplier certifications/qualification including audits
• Monitoring of products in accordance with regulatory requirements such as RoHS, REACH and Prop. 65
• Responsibility for collection and preparation of tools for calibration

Requirements:

• Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electronic Engineer
• Experience/Specialization in Quality 3-7 Years of work Experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Certified Auditor
• Ability to recognize failures
• Team Player, Hard Worker and ability to communicate with colleagues
• Fluent Hebrew and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
• Complete Control of MS Office with advanced Excel Skills
• Driving license
