Financial Controller

Adcore is on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join our team in Israel, overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company in Israel and abroad. The major responsibilities of this position include establishing and maintaining the corporate accounting procedures and policies, overseeing all accounting operations, and keeping the company aligned with all regulatory compliances. In addition, our controller has a strong understanding of budgets, financial plans, and the preparation of financial forecasts.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the CFO.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various levels of the organization and assist the finance team with managing the accounting, tax and operational finance of the company and its subsidiaries.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Managing accountants worldwide (Israel, Canada, Australia, HK and China) - oversee accounting functions, manage and define payment process, monthly reporting packages and month-close process, payroll and tax returns.

Interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports and recommendations.

Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Develop and document internal control processes.

Monitor bookkeepers and perform accounting analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Assist with the month-end/quarter-end and year-end closing process, review/prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations.

Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed

Optimal Skills for Success

CPA with Big 4 experience

Experience in the High-Tech industry - advantage

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures – IFRS preferred

Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication skills

Well-organized with the ability to prioritize

Hands-on, detail-oriented with high integrity

Fluent written and spoken English

Proficient with Microsoft Excel
