Sr. Manager of Logistics International Shipping and Inventory

As the Logistics, International Shipping & Inventory Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving critical processes to ensure efficiency and meet our ambitious goals. Your role would be overseeing the daily logistics operations and external warehouses. Read more below!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the supply chain process

- Analyze data and provide insights to improve logistics operations and efficiency

- Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of materials and products

- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or delays

- Oversee inventory management, including materials handling, stock control, and cycle counting

- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other logistics-related information

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a senior or leadership role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Food and beverage / flavor experience preferred

- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and logistics management software

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

- Warehouse experience required
