• Managing a multi-line phone system in a professional manner within a fast-paced office
• Ensuring prompt responses to guests' inquiries and directing to the appropriate party in an efficient manner.
• Managing the receipt and shipment of office deliveries and mail.
• Supporting various departments throughout the office with a variety of clerical duties and special projects as needed
  
  

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum 2 years office/clerical experience with demonstrated proficiency in typing and 10-key skills
• Highly refined communication skills with a professional demeanor
