Quality And Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Reliability Manager to join our Engineering and Systems Division at the missile systems facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading quality in the development and manufacturing of electromechanical and electronic systems for various projects
• Leading quality and reliability from the development stage, including proving the capability for systems and components, participating in the transition from development to production, providing quality support during the production phase, and leading fault investigation.
• Matrix work with all project employees in the missile division and with deputy contractors
• Team integration within the project
• Matrix management of performance quality in projects
• Working with various interfaces, including deputy contractors in Israel and abroad, business factories, and various engineering teams.
• Office and manufacturing floor integration

What we are looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electronics/Materials/Mechatronics - mandatory
• Over 7 years of experience in a facility developing and manufacturing electromechanical or electronic systems - mandatory.
• Experience in the quality field - an advantage
• Transition from development to production or engineering - an advantage
• Willingness to work additional hours.
