Role Description

HR+ seeks an Instructional Designer to join our team of dynamic professionals. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing, designing and implementing training programs and materials for our clients. The role is full time, hybrid implying that the candidate will be located in Rishon LeZion, with the flexibility to work from home based on need.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing abilities, capable of creating engaging, informative and accessible instructional materials.
• Expert knowledge of Instructional Design principles, learning theories, and adult education approaches to create engaging and impactful training material.
• Familiarity with a range of training tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and all major authoring tools and platforms.
• Proven experience with designing and developing training programs for a variety of industries and audiences.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to work with team members, stakeholders, and clients to design and develop instructional materials that meet the client's requirements while functioning within a professional environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience creating eLearning content and/or creating content for management and leadership training is a plus.
