Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of channel, customer & end customers’ needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Create data-driven, impactful insights with product teams, keep a pulse on market trends, and work on competitive landscape.
• Ensure customer-facing organizations such as channel, field marketing, sales and customer support are properly informed about product details, value proposition, and messaging
• Assist in the development of case studies and action plans to increase product adoption
• Develop customized product deals strategy for different markets segments via technical product understanding
• Own business data insights & present analysis to management

• BSc in Eng. or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in multi-disciplinary technology product team/ product marketing/application engineer with experience in customer facing solutions
• Excel data analysis knowhow
• Matrix management experience
• Storyteller with experience, position will require crafting clear and compelling messaging and developing strong content.
• Ability to successfully drive projects with minimal intervention
