Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Prospecting:

-Conduct thorough market research to identify potential marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms as target clients.

-Develop a strategic prospecting plan to engage with key decision-makers within these organizations.

• Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

-Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their payment processing requirements and challenges.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and finance teams.

• Product Knowledge:

-Develop a deep understanding of our Payfac Services and how they can benefit marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms.

-Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.

• Customized Solution Presentations:

-Tailor presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our Payfac Services can address the specific needs and pain points of each client.

-Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the solutions offered.

• Contract Negotiation:

-Work closely with the legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

-Address any concerns or objections raised by clients and work towards finding mutually agreeable solutions.

• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

-Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the sales management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the payments or fintech industry - must
• Strong understanding of payment processing, Payfac services, and the challenges faced by marketplaces and B2B SaaS platforms - must
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
