DIGITAL MANAGER FOR AN INNOVATE GLOBAL COMPANY

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive

digital marketing plans that encompass social media, email, and SMS marketing across

multiple countries.

2. Shopify Management: Utilize expert knowledge in Shopify and its apps, to optimize our e-

commerce platform for increased sales and customer engagement.

3. Data Analysis and Tracking: Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 for tracking, analyzing,

and reporting on campaign performance. Implement A/B testing to refine strategies and

improve ROI.

4. Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage organic social media, ensuring they are

tailored to each target country's audience.

5. Email and SMS Marketing: Design and execute effective email and SMS marketing

campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and conversion. Deep understanding

in email marketing tools.

6. YouTube Marketing: Leverage YouTube as a marketing channel, understanding its

algorithms and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies for CRO to improve website

performance and increase sales.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Minimum of 2 years proven experience in ecommerce digital marketing, preferably with

responsibility for multiple countries.

 Expert knowledge of Shopify, Shopify apps, Google Analytics 4, and other relevant digital

marketing tools.

 Strong understanding of CRM, email, SMS, and social media marketing strategies.

 Experience in A/B testing, tracking, and CRO techniques.

 Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

 Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

 Excellent leadership and team management skills.

 Strong communication and organizational abilities.
