Project Manager - HW Engineering Compliance

The position includes certification project management and HW product compliances.

You will receive on-the-job training when starting the new position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the project manager for assigned certification projects and work to complete those projects on time, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage project plans and reports, including timelines and milestones, risk and mitigation, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate certification projects with ODMs/OEMs and testing labs. Monitor ODMs deadlines and priorities.
• Ensure project fulfillment according to the project certification targets to meet: federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with R&D design, NPI, and Product management teams.
• Oversee product lifecycle certifications. Analyze, create and manage sustaining program, with the labs and ODMs, according to Check Point policy.
• Maintain the certification archive and update the certification portal on the Check Point website.
• Handle certification budget plan and execute Purchase requisition and Purchase orders accordingly.
• To perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in HW-related positions, in High Tech companies.
• Technical orientation, and experience in reviewing technical documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding capability to manage scheduled tasks and project deliveries on time.
• Working experience with ERP systems e.g.: SAP, project management tools: Jira /Agile.
• Strong Hebrew and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
