Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Computer Technician. The Personal Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, computer repair, printer support, and desktop computer support. This role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Computers and Technical Support
• Experience in Printer Support and Computer Repair
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Certifications in relevant areas are a plus
• Experience with remote support tools is an advantage
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
