Category Sales Manager

SPICEHAUS is looking for a Category Sales Manage to manage our sales team, and to ensure we reach new consumers across multiple markets with our premium RTD’s cocktails.

Who are we?

SPICEHAUS is the first cocktail company in Israel and is leading in the ‘ready-to-drink’ category in the Israeli market. We manufacture, produce, and distribute cocktails– online, offline, on demand, B2B, and wholesaling.

Responsibilities:

Management of salespeople

Driving marketing and sales initiatives forward

Amplifying sales figures with our existing clientele

Responsibility for increasing the company's sales

Promoting the marketing and sales activities

Increasing sales with existing customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Excellent strategic and project management skills- demonstrated by managing a high-volume level of activity and projects. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Financial skills: Demonstrated ability to create, control, and maintain financial and/or business basic data.
• Willingness to travel by car 50% of the time, and ability to work on flexible hours

Leadership Experience:

• Influenced others through dynamic interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated by the ability to inspire through written and oral communication. Inclusive of but not limited to: High-level presentations, and negotiation.

• Having experience in the industry is a beneficial factor.
