We are seeking an experienced CISO to join our team, specializing in providing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. This involves ensuring the development of cutting-edge secure technologies tailored to our customers' needs. As a CISO, you will oversee all cybersecurity operations, providing our customers with peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategy and Vision: Formulate and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and vision, incubating innovative solutions for our customers, and driving the development of next-generation secured technologies to meet evolving customer requirements.

Security Architecture: Design and maintain a robust security architecture specifically crafted for our customers, ensuring the implementation of the highest level of protection against cyber threats through innovative security measures.

Threat Detection and Monitoring: Implement advanced threat detection and monitoring tools to proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and potential breaches. Stay abreast of emerging threats, adapting detection mechanisms to address evolving cybersecurity challenges.

Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices in all customer-centric security initiatives.

Incident Response Leadership: Lead incident response efforts, collaborating with customer teams and external partners to swiftly and effectively mitigate security incidents.

Security Awareness and Training Culture: Foster a strong security awareness and training culture among employees and stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of cybersecurity in customer interactions. Develop and implement training programs tailored to enhance customer cybersecurity understanding.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Evaluate security risks, overseeing the mitigation process, including privileges access reviews, penetration tests, and other proactive measures. Implement risk assessment methodologies to continuously enhance the security posture in alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a CISO or in senior cybersecurity leadership roles.

Expertise: A deep understanding and expertise in developing and executing customer-centric cybersecurity strategies.

Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security architecture principles, compliance, standards, and best practices.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies, including Cloud, intrusion detection systems, and threat intelligence platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in both Hebrew and English.

Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
