Product Manager

Quali is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the CTO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing product leadership of the Company’s Product organization and in-bound and out-bound Product activities worldwide.

This involves shaping Quali’s product strategy, driving innovation and achieving revenue goals in our emerging market.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product strategy and delivery across Quali’s product portfolio.
• Oversee Product Management activities including managing product roadmaps, developing business cases for new products, gathering customer and market requirements, pricing, product performance/metrics analysis and sustaining the product post-launch to ensure market competitiveness.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify new market opportunities and develop concept documents/business cases as needed.
• Collaborate with the leaders of marketing, service delivery, R&D & sales to shape and maintain the product roadmap.
• Hands on responsibilities for improving current products and developing next-generation products, including usability testing, insights gathering through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Cultivate a results-oriented and continuous improvement culture to ensure consistent innovation and progress across the product lines.
• Support the product development leadership team to ensure timely development and launch of products, by providing business requirements and market research.
• Represent the company at industry forums, events and associations.
• Establish and manage external third-party vendor and partner relationships.
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all Product programs and activities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated exceptional performance in previous product management roles, showcasing entrepreneurial successes, a rapid learning ability, and sustained drive.
• Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in comparable industries (SaaS), with at least 2 years at a senior management level (Director and above).
• Proven track record of effectively leading teams to deliver on-time, high-quality results with elevated customer satisfaction.
• Experience in crafting clear messaging and positioning, presenting a compelling strategic vision, articulating technical differentiation and demonstrating business value for customers.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, demonstrating strong strategic planning and analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, while maintaining a perspective of the "big picture" and long-term vision.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Collaborative work style, capable of fostering a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding communicator with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at every level of the organization, as well as with external customers and partners, through excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Capacity and readiness to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
• BS in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree is required; MBA is optional.
