Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users all around the world. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. As we expand we're looking for a talented and experienced Legal counsel to join our rapidly growing company.

The Legal Counsel reports directly to the Head of Legal - Commercial and serves as in-house attorney handling the company’s legal needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to assist in the management of the company’s day to day legal and regulatory compliance.

This position is hands-on. The successful candidate will have detailed and extensive experience

working in a global company, including commercial work, intellectual property work, data privacy, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, ranging from complex cloud technology agreements, various forms of software licenses, Software as a Service, support and maintenance, professional services contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. You will advise on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks associated with such agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to various departments across the company.

• 5+ years of commercial law experience as in-house legal counsel in a technology company or an associate in a high tech department of a top tier law firm
• Experience working in a large, global organization
• Native, mother-tongue English
• Excellent writing, drafting, negotiating, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in the areas of commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy
• Strong contract drafting skills, with deep legal and commercial understanding and analytical capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization
• Ability to negotiate with external third parties on behalf of internal stakeholders to close transactions efficiently
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines.
• IP and IP portfolio management a plus
• Previous subsidiary management experience a plus
• A Law Degree from an accredited institution
