Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QC Team Lead located in Herzliya. The QC Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day quality control operations. This includes incoming inspections, in process inspection and product final release, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, and interfacing with production personnel to resolve quality-related issues. The QC Team Lead will also handle documentation, audits, and investigations while implementing and maintaining software for tracking and trending quality data.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
• Laboratory Skills for troubleshooting and analyzing data
• Technical skills, reading technical documents, using jigs and measurment tools.
• Team Leadership experience to manage quality control team
• 3+ years of experience in quality control and inspection in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment (clean room environment)
• Knowledge of FDA and CE regulations and standards
• Excellent ,written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
