Role Description

This full-time Technical Presales role is an on-site role located in Hod HaSharon. You will be the technical expert on a variety of products and solutions, working through the complex sales cycle with sales teams and channel partners to help our clients understand and use our products. You will need to have a deep understanding of our product portfolio and services, as well as the customer's IT environment, to enable clients to make informed decisions in their purchases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, technical support, or related role
• Thorough knowledge of networking, security, and computing products and services
• Solid understanding of WAN, LAN, and wireless networking concepts
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
