in Kiryat Gat, requires a PMO,

An established electrical engineering company is looking to recruit a PMO

who is interested in joining a small company, with a family atmosphere, and a

warm and supportive team!

Full time position, work in Kiryat Gat, excellent conditions and well-paid!

Areas of Responsibility:

The position includes accompanying the project from beginning to end,

characterizing the client's needs, writing PRDs, adapting existing solutions to

the needs.

Build and manage the project schedule from the initiation stage.

Analyze schedules, risks, barriers, analyze and examine project resource loads.

Ongoing support to the project managers in the realm of meeting the schedule

versus the work plans.

Interacting with the supervisor / customer / project managers.

Required skills:

Engineer/BA in industrial engineering and management/business manager

specializing in information systems/degree in information systems - mandatory

Master’s degree - advantage

Experience as a PMO - at least three years or more - mandatory

Ability to be accurate and pay attention to small details, ability to work

independently and manage a team

Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the job -

an advantage!

Knowledge of the English language at a high level - reading, speaking, writing

Working with EXCEL - mandatory

Background in electrical projects - an advantage

Knowledge of MS project - an advantage

Knowledge of Russian - an advantage

Ability to multi-task - mandatory!

Very good interpersonal communication - mandatory!

Excellent human relations and empathy - mandatory

Creativity and broad vision

Excellent at teamwork and brainstorming
