About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role is instrumental in shaping our financial systems, controls and procedures. You will oversee the financial activities for both the parent company and our U.S. subsidiary, playing a crucial role in supporting our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day financial aspects, including monthly closing, financial statement preparation under US GAAP, cash-flow management, and budget vs. actual analysis
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, and controls
• Work closely with external service providers (bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and audit team)
• Monitor, review, and ensure timely filing of tax and other statutory reports in Israel and the USA
• Prepare financial reports for investors and other stakeholders
• Analyze financial results (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and provide insights
• Collaborate with other departments to offer financial analysis, reports, and recommendations, supporting planning initiatives
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA qualified
• Alumni of a Big 4 accounting firm
• Proven experience (at least one position) as a controller in a fast-growing SaaS startup with a U.S. presence
• Experience implementing and working with NetSuite
• Experience working with Priority software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Expertise in preparing financial statements according to US GAAP
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Law degree
• Knowledge of valuations
• Experience working with Stripe and Mesh Payments
