Building a foundation for excellence by creating product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting
Ensuring workflows are operating efficiently and enforcing policies and procedures
Collaborate closely with management, software engineers, and data scientists, gaining a deep understanding of their world, creating best practices, systems, and processes
Work hands-on on diverse data to extract valuable insights to empower teams in making informed decisions
End-to-end development of production operations systems
Project management within the team and in cross-functional projects
Take ownership of processes and make them more accessible and informative

Requirements:

B.Sc. excellent graduate in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent/other relevant disciplines
Advanced knowledge in Python, SQL, BigQuery - a big advantage
Experience in data analysis - an advantage
Demonstrated analytical thinking and data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable insights/recommendations
Team player with good communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, while establishing meaningful relationships and drive teams to action
Demonstrate exceptional flexibility and adaptability abilities, particularly in handling on-demand projects, in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate robust multitasking skills by effectively managing multiple responsibilities and showcasing the ability to juggle various tasks concurrently
Project management skills, with the ability to see the big picture on one hand, but also the ability to master the details on the other
Exhibit creativity and initiative by proactively contributing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance projects and processes
Show independence through effective management and prioritization of your workload, ensuring timely and organized completion of tasks
