We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to global relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding compliance and monitoring suspicious transactions. While this role doesn't involve direct management of a team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level expertise in developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, communication, and maintenance of policies and procedures that accurately reflect compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Review and identify suspicious transactions across the globe, lead decision making processes in the field, extract typologies and implement that in the company’s future monitoring tools.
• Identify, assess, and address potential compliance risks, partnering with various departments to establish robust risk mitigation strategies.Conduct compliance training sessions, equipping employees to fully grasp and fulfill their compliance responsibilities.
• Take a leadership role in shaping, implementing, and refining our organization's compliance program to align with regulatory mandates and company objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry regulations, laws, and standards, providing expert guidance to the compliance team and stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance audits by guiding the process, organizing documentation, and ensuring the prompt resolution of audit findings.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and training sessions.
• Generate comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, offering actionable insights into the organization's compliance initiatives.
• Promote ethical standards and compliance obligations, fostering an organizational culture rooted in integrity and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a global Compliance Manager, senior compliance professional, or in regulatory affairs within the global payments, financial services, or related industry.
• Advanced analytical skills and expert knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams.
• The position is located in Israel, but handles global compliance challenges, hence global experience is strongly required.
