Key Responsibilities:

Pioneering Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets to drive the company growth.

M&A Leadership: Lead and oversee merger and acquisition processes, fostering strategic business growth.

Innovative Product Integration: Scout, evaluate, and manage the integration of new products and cutting-edge technologies.

Subsidiary Management: Continuously support and manage select subsidiary companies.

Market Research & Partnership Development: Conduct thorough market research, establish strong business partnerships, and source potential products and development tools.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 10 years' experience in business development (not sales!) in the agriculture technology field- is a must

M&A Expertise: Proficiency in acquisitions and mergers.

Global Exposure: Demonstrated experience in international markets.

Education: Relevant academic background – MBA is a must

Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in effectively manage negotiations.

Language Proficiency: High-level English proficiency required; additional languages are advantageous.

Flexibility: Full-time position with global responsibilities, occasional work during overseas hours, and travel as needed.
