Bookkeeper (Type 3)

An award-winning trading company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper Type 3. This is a full-time hybrid position, with four days spent working in the office.

As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial statements, accounting provisions, and reporting while ensuring adherence to company schedules and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements up to the balance sheet, including the calculation of accounting provisions at the end of each period.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting reporting and recording in compliance with company policies.
• Manage the registration and documentation processes of internal organizational accounting information.
• Prepare various data and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with institutions and facilitate month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with banks for tasks such as payment increases, balance files, and other financial transactions.
• Work closely with suppliers, managing payments, and making necessary adjustments.
• Issue invoices to customers and handle foreign exchange card adjustments for subsidiaries.
• Execute various purchase orders and maintain meticulous records.

Requirements:

• Certificate - Type 3 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in global hi-tech companies.
• A payroll accountant certificate is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of calculator and SAP is mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel and other office applications.
• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong service orientation and patience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on order and accuracy.
• Subordination to the Finance Manager.
