Call Center Team Leader

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our Call Center (B2C). The position includes managing employees and motivating the team to meet sales goals.

• Provide training and coaching to employees.
• Display strong communication and technical skills.
• Work with coworkers, management, and other departments to help coordinate problem-solving in an effective and timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise to co-workers and handle elevated calls.
• Effective communication skills in a professional setting, both spoken and verbal.

Job Requirements:

• English – fluent/native-level.
• At least three years of sales experience in the world of call centers.
• Available to work US working hours (16:00-01:00 IL time).
• Experience in managing a team and leading it to meet targets.
• Ability to think creatively and under pressure.
• Ability to lead a diverse group of sellers.
• On-site at our Jerusalem office.
