GRC Program manager

Description

We are seeking a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Program Manager, with extensive technical process & project management experience, to join our GRC Team within the Security Group.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead complex cross-company processes and projects to success, that is - from gap analysis and planning, through building, executing and measuring progress and KPIs. In short, someone that can make things happen!

This is a super strategic position, to be part of a growing team and to facilitate the security group’s program management strategy, collaborating closely with technical and process-oriented stakeholders to support the company's growth on a large scale.

About The Role

As a GRC Program manager, your responsibilities will include:

• The first Program Manager role within the Security Group - will have the opportunity to craft the group’s program strategy and direction
• Lead and manage large-scale complex cross-company processes, operations, and projects, aligning with organizational goals and the Security Group’s objectives
• Among the processes, operations and projects under your responsibility, are: user and data management, insider threat detection and prevention, align the multi-product approach with security, gradual release of features, internal bug bounty, employee experience
• Perform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
• Quickly enter into execution and deliver successful results alongside measuring goals
• Reduce communication barriers and improve the collaboration between the different domains
  
  

Requirements

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management / technical operations management
• Strong familiarity with cross-organizational processes and operations
• High level of technical understanding of SaaS solutions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levels
• People person and a team player with a "can-do" attitude
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver
• Great organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Hebrew
  
  

Additionally, please note that while this role requires the ability to construct technical processes and oversee various controls, it is not a hands-on position.
