Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant

Totango is looking for a great Bookkeeper and Payroll accountant to join our finance team.

The bookkeeper will be responsible for daily accounting duties and end to end bookkeeping processes of our R&D subsidiary in Israel (Tel Aviv).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s bookkeeping for all relevant aspects.
• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments.
• Reconcile banks, vendors, credit cards, inter-company balances, and perform thorough account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
• Financial reporting to social security and tax authorities.
• Support end-of-month closing and reporting including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
• Responsibility for payroll cycle process.
  
  

• Bookkeeping type 1-2 certificate and Payroll Accountant certificate.
• 5+ years of proven bookkeeping and payroll accountant experience from global startups/high-tech companies.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP system.
• Knowledge of local VAT.
• Background in Financial Statements accounting.
• High-level of English proficiency (both oral and writing).
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent execution skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player and service-oriented.
