ASO Manager

Ilyon’s Team is growing, and we are looking for a talented App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager to join us! In this position, you will be developing an App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to ensure key Ilyon games appear at the top of search results in all relevant app stores and grow the organic user base of our games. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing team and expand the marketing aspects of mobile gaming.

The role:

• Optimize our app's pages in the various App Stores.
• Craft and implement comprehensive ASO strategies, aiming to boost conversion rates and elevate app rankings across all app stores for our range of games.
• Work closely with our studios on app descriptions and localizations.
• Work with our graphics team and continuously conduct A/B tests on app icons, screenshots, app previews and videos, strategically enhancing visual elements for heightened user engagement.
• Monitor and track app store rankings and conversion rates, using the latest analytical tools.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Experience in ASO, preferably in the games niche.
• Proven experience with improving ASO KPIs on Google and Apple stores.
• Excellent hands-on keyword research skills.
• An excellent understanding of the different App stores and their processes.
• Passion for mobile games.
• Strong English skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Independent work with an eye for creative quality.
• Organized, creative and detail-oriented.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience working with Google Play, Apple app store.
• Experience working with intelligence tools, such as App tweak , Sensor tower, Appannie etc.
