The Position
Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant. In this role, you will coordinate, order, dispatch and track trial materials and documents.

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Tracking and processing payments (handling invoices, checking accuracy and proof of services, creating purchase orders, tracking payments) and responsibility for local sourcing of trial ancillaries and equipment.
• Coordinating equipment calibration with vendors, investigator sites and following up ongoing contact with study coordinators and vendors (local and global).
• Arranging local team meetings.
• Assisting with preparing essential clinical trial documents preparing or sending trial master files for archiving.
• Tracking, distributing, and filing hard copy documents by ensuring trial documents are translated or printed and coordinating with vendors.
  
  

Qualifications

To be eligible for the role, you need to hold a Bachelor’s degree/Associate’s degree (in Accounting and Finance) or a High school diploma. Preferred BA/BS/BSc in the life sciences and work experience in life sciences or medically related fields, including biopharmaceutical clinical research experience obtained working on clinical trials in a biotech, pharmaceutical or contract research organisation company.

We would also like you to have:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills including planning time and organizational skills.
• Accountability for the delivery of results and continuous performance improvement.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hebrew.
• Good communication skills and have a teamwork spirit.
• Work experience in Excel and Outlook.
  
  

About The Department

Clinical trials are part of the Clinical Medical & Regulatory (CMR) department. We are a large team of enthusiastic colleagues in positions as Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Trial Administrator all responsible for the set-up and execution of studies within Novo Nordisk’s portfolio.
