Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute the compensation plans of each of the Company’s Sales Team
- Introducing compensation plan guidelines to new hires in the sales department
- Assistance in the monthly commission payments process
- One and a half years or more remaining of studies in Economics or Business Management or Industrial Engineering
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
- Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
- Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
