As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst , you will report directly to the Director Of Sales Compensation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our sales compensation programs. You will work closely with the sales leadership to execute commissioning strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sales performance. You will be deeply involved in a new sales commissioning system onboarding and implementation, and will work across functions and departments. What will you actually be doing?

• Implementation of a new sales compensation system into the organization, by working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders (such as: sales management, sales operations, FP&A, IT, SOX etc.)
• Build and design our compensation system infrastructure for accurate commission calculations and reporting, including system integrations with Salesforce, Workday etc.
• Supporting the company leadership by performing interesting commission analysis for management decision making.
• Manage and resolve inquiries regarding crediting and reporting and provide accurate responses for our internal stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and training to the users of our compensation system
• Develop and monitor processes to ensure new hires and payment modifications are captured, along with implementing compensation plans for changes during a plan year
  
  

What should you bring to the table?

• 5+ years of experience as admin of sales compensation system (i.e. Captivate IQ, Xactly, Joopy).
• Experience with sales compensation processes, month-end close and reporting activities.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling and financial analysis.
• Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (can perform complex functions) and working knowledge with Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and Tableau
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. Experience in building and scaling compensation programs to support organizational growth.
• Detail-oriented: strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in commission calculations and administration.
