Padagis-Israel a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring an Application Support Specialist to join our IT application team at the Yeruham site.
Responsibilities:
As an application support specialist you will provide assistance related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of software and application programs in use of various departments and business users both in Israel and in the US.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant IT professional certificate
- Proficiency in English
- Experience working in a GMP environment – an advantage
- Experience with designing and implementing applications and computer systems
- Understanding of IT environment with ability to architect application solution design (Network, AD, SQL, Visual Cron, Oracle, Citrix & Virtual Servers)
- Develop and maintain relations with internal business users, third party support and vendors.
- Create and maintain detailed software and system architecture documentation and testing protocols.
- Provides technical support to teams within the organization.
- Ability to learn and understand new business applications and business needs.
- Ability to diagnose and solve application issues.
