We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Ops specialist to join our organization. As a Learning Ops specialist you will be responsible for executing all learning plans and programs in Playtika, including vendor selection and vendor management, learning coordination, procurement, monitoring learning quality, and documenting learning in the LMS and other internal systems. You will also partner with the L&D experts to design learning solutions, and work closely with the LMS Admin to provide Playtika employees the best learning and development experience.
Responsibilities
- Course management
- Coordinate logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and equipment setup.
- Manage procurement and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training events.
- Prepare the learning campus for learning activities on a daily basis.
- Manage global learning programs operations.
- Documentation of courses and course participation - open and document courses in the LMS and document course participation.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Conduct learning effectiveness surveys to maintain quality standards in learning operations.
- Analyze survey results.
- Course design - Partner with L&D experts to develop learning activities, working with internal and external interfaces.
- contribute to generating and evaluating curriculums and learning plans per job families
- communication and marketing of learning offerings
- 1+ year of experience as a learning admin or Ops
- Advantage: ability to use graphic SW such as Canva
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
- Learning development experience (advantage)
- Fast learner with attention to details
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Team player
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Practical experience from global companies (advantage)
