Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director for Central
Eastern Europe (CEE) to join our sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be
responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing
existing customers and partners, and exceeding sales targets. This is a challenging
and rewarding role that requires a results-oriented mindset, strong ability to work
with cross-functional teams, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales
process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales go to market plans for the CEE markets
specifically Poland (pivot country for this region), Czechia, Romania and
Hungary to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels
indirect through partners and direct, including cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
Build a Partner/channel strategy, identify and engage with potential business
partners to enhance market reach and close indirect deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and
stakeholders within partner and customer organizations.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends,
competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
Excel our value proposition, present and conduct online product
demonstrations to our to customers and partners, addressing their specific
needs and positioning our solutions as the ideal choice.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
and conditions for both the company and the customer.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including presales, marketing,
product and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless
project execution.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the
management team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, and best practices to continually improve
sales performance and contribute to the company's growth.
Reporting to the EVP Sales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA highly preferred
Proven track record of success as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in
a cloud/on-prem based contact center, CCaaS, Omnichannel communication,
Automation or similar vendor.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue
growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
present and negotiate with customers at various levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and
seize market opportunities.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to
navigate complex sales cycles.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-
oriented environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track
activities, and generate reports.
