Products Quality Team Leader

Our quality team is responsible for ensuring that our products meet established quality standards and industry benchmarks. We aim to create improved processes and designs to enhance the product's quality in the market. Our department leads and performs a variety of processes, tests, experiments, field travels, data analysis, complaint investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a product quality control team.
• Controlling the process of quality requirements as part of product development.
• Conducting V&V checks of sub-assemblies and products in quality aspects after design changes.
• Defining and improving quality checks for products and sub-assemblies.
• Creating quality measurements to track improvements in products.
• Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends and identifying failures in the market.
• Conducting experiments and fault simulations for root cause analysis.
• Leading customer complaint investigations and responses, including controlling corrective actions and conducting effectiveness checks.
• Quarterly travel to service stations overseas.
  
  

• Industrial/Quality Engineer.
• Experience of at least 3 years in quality assurance in a production plant.
• Managerial experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience with quality methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High-level English proficiency, including writing and speaking.
• Proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written."
