System & Networking Team Lead

Paragon is a fastest-growing Cyber Intelligent company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel-Aviv.

As part of the role, you’ll be leading a team of System and Networking engineers that are responsible for the entire company infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented System & Networking engineers.
• Design complicated and tailor-made infrastructure solutions.
• Project planning and execution according to the company roadmap.
• Reviewing and constantly improving the company network, infrastructure, and day to day work environment.
• Work closely with the Security, SRE, DevOps and the R&D teams to ensure the best needs and requirements are met.
• Manage a team that’s design create and maintains Linux servers, network services, develops IT automation, VPNs, virtualization environments, monitoring solutions and more.
  
  

• At least 3 years with hands on Linux administration.
• 2+ years experience in managing a large team in a fast-changing environment.
• Deep understanding of networks and hands on experience in large scale environments.
• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• A "can-do" attitude as well as great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
