Job Summary:
As Marketing Designer Lead, you will lead a team of designers to develop effective and visually appealing digital, creative, and social media marketing materials. This will be done in compliance with the company’s brand guidelines and to ensure that all materials effectively communicate our key messages to target audiences. You will work closely with other marketing team members, including copywriters, product marketers, creative and production team members, and user acquisition specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a team of marketing designers to create visually engaging marketing materials aligned with the company’s brand guidelines
- Develop end-to-end solutions by looking at the big picture and thinking outside the box
- Developing creative campaigns to communicate our key messages to target audiences in collaboration with other marketing team members
- Ensure that marketing materials are designed and produced across various channels, such as digital, creative, and social media
- Ensure quality and deadlines are met by managing multiple projects at the same time
- Encourage designers to grow their skills and develop professionally by providing feedback and guidance
- Share your knowledge of marketing design trends and best practices with your colleagues
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are successful
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing design, with 2 years of team management experience
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Figma experience is a MUST!
- A knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a MUST!
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in marketing design
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge in user experience analysis
- Strong Portfolio - MUST!
