Infrastructure Team Leader

Description

SodaStream is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Infrastructure Team Leader to join our Global Core Infrastructure team in the HQ offices in Kfar Saba.

Responsibilities:

Leading the operations of the IT Infrastructure, including On-Prem and cloud, System Networking & Security.

Manage IT staff of 5 Engineers (Network, System, Security) by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.

Hands-on is part of the role, focusing on Networking Hands-On (Switches and FW’s).

Management and continuous improvement of day-to-day company Infrastructure.

Establishing and maintenance strong relationships across teams and with staff/client.

Identifying gaps in the IT infrastructure related to system, networking and security, backup and restore, DRP, Scripting & Automation aspects.

Assessing the technical needs of clients/staff.

Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in information technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.

Proven working experience as IT Team Leader managing 5 EE in Global company.

Deep technical knowledge and experience with HP & Cisco switches, O365 administration, System and server’s management.

High technical experience with network and security.

Excellent verbal and written English.

Excellent customer support approach, Can-Do approach, Hands-On skills.

Knowledge in network automation – an advantage

Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS) – an advantage

Certifications in the relevant fields – an advantage.

Practical and pragmatic approach to solving real business problems.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
