About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, people person to lead Adcore’s recruitment process and employee experience. You will be working alongside managers leveraging our talent acquisition, company culture and the employee experience, from A to Z.

What You'll Be Doing

· Perform A to Z recruiting for all positions: sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone interviews, conducting HR interviews and present job offers to qualified candidates.

· Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience and recruiting process.

· Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

· Be that meaningful person in the company that everyone feels comfortable to reach out to.

· Overall control of the Onboarding process of new employees.

· Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor's degree - MUST!

· English mother tongue or native level

· 1-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role

· Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

· Independent, self learner individual

· Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

· Interpersonal sensitivity

· Cultural sensitivity

Working Hours

· Full time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Friday till 3:00PM)

· The position is located in Tel Aviv
