Information Systems student

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing international medical device company that develops and manufactures innovative medical equipment. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic student to join our IT team.

You will be assuring that all our systems are in optimal condition, providing the best service to the corporate employees.

Job Description:

• Self/group learn, develop and improve applications under his responsibility
• Access to new and challenging applications to provide new technological solutions
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical software issues
• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems
• Documentation and help in writing technological characterizations
• Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and Ticket Support center)
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users for applications, software, and connections issues
  
  

• Education: 3rd year student in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Job skills:
• SQL and a Programming software (Python, Java)
• Proven experience working with information systems
• Understand of fundamental IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Language skills: Fluent Hebrew & English
• Strong self-learning ability
• Availability 2-3 days a week - even part days
