Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain manager at Eitan Medical is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the supply chain strategy and processes to ensure the delivery of quality products to customers. This includes the management of supply chain operations, the optimization of inventory and the effective utilization of resources.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the company’s Planning, Capacity Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Logistics & Distribution and Forecasting.

Responsibilities:

· Partners with and acts as a thought leader to the company’s COO.

· Translates business strategies into operational tactics and concrete actions taking into account business priorities.

· Secures necessary raw materials and finished goods capacity to meet the company’s multi-year plan.

· Implements and maintains planning process for the Supply Chain in coordination with FP&A.

· Builds and maintains effective working relationships with various levels in the organization

· Lead the annual product costing process performance reporting and variance analysis against plan

· Ability to analyze actual usage of bill of materials and related materials, labor, and overhead variances

· Identify opportunities for Distribution and Supply Chain process improvements and support management that enable optimization of customer service, cost and cash

· Execute a continuous improvement program for all supply chain functions

· Standardize and optimize Procurement, Distribution and facility-based supply chain activities

· Manage Supply Chain Department Budgets

· Coordinate annual and multi-year supply chain Capital and Expense Budget plan with leadership

Qualifications and Experience:

· 15+ years in supply chain management roles

· APICS, CSCMP, ISM, SCOR, ERP certification/s are a plus

· Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business, MBA, Engineering, Business/Administration or Supply Chain Management are a must

· Medical Device and/or Pharma experience is highly desired
