Migraine Community Manager, Contractor

Theranica, a Digital Therapeutics company - is looking for a passionate and empathetic Migraine Community Manager to work with us on a Freelance basis and be part of the Nerivio brand growth. We are looking for someone energetic who truly loves interacting with people and creating meaningful relationships. One who is capable of performing hands-on work and strategically leading with growth in mind.

Nerivio is an award-winning wearable and a true innovation in healthcare. Nerivio is the first FDA-cleared and CE-marked prescription migraine neuroband designed to treat and prevent migraine. Currently serving people living with migraine in the USA, India, and soon Europe, this wearable is making a significant impact in the migraine industry.

• Experience managing organic social media channels - savvy and upto date with the trends

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for monitoring and managing all of our social media channels communication, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• You'll engage proactively and reactively with our community and answer any questions they may have in comments or in DMs.
• You'll also perform influencer and creator outreach to establish barter or paid activations monthly, manage creators' content and distribute it for organic and paid campaigns.
• You'll ensure that all of our communications comply with regulatory guidelines set by the company. Internal training will be necessary.
• And most importantly, you will make a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Requirements:

• You must be a fluent US English speaker and writer.
• You should have proven experience in social media community management.
• We're looking for a self-motivated person who can work well both autonomously and within a team.
• You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being dynamic and agile, while also adhering to very strict guidelines.
• Strong communication skills with emotional inteligence.

It is a big plus if you have the following:

• Experience with migraine
• Strategic content creation and long form content writing skills
• Ability and comfort to perform infront of a camera

This is a full-time hybrid Freelance position. Working remotely or in the Netanya office.
