Hardware Design Engineer

RT-Group LTD, Software Solutions Center, is looking for a passionate, motivated, talented and experienced R&D Electronics engineer for Hardware Development (Board Design) targeting development of demonstration systems and reference designs.

What you'll be doing:

·       Responsible for developing electronic solutions (board & units) end to end: definition, design, manufacturing, integration, qualification, implementation.

·       Prepare design reviews, project status reports, documentation for the projects under your responsibility

·       Leading task forces to solve complicated issues (troubleshooting) at the development phase, manufacturing or at the customer site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Design engineer- at least 5 years’ experience
• Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Altium Designer tools
• Experience with basic peripherals such as USB, SPI, DDR, I2C, UART
• Experience in analog design: Power supplies, LED drivers, Displays.
• Development of measurement and testing equipment for systems.
• Hardware debugging, testing and performance analysis
• Experience in analog and digital electrical circuits
• Experience in High-Speed design - advantage
• Experience in Power design - MUST
• Experience in design to Production - MUST
• Experience in designing hardware for microcontrollers (for at least one of): ARM/NXP/Leon/TI/Silab - MUST
• High level interpersonal communication, initiative, curiosity, high motivation for challenges, ability to study and work independently, high level of performance.
