Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the product management team that leads the product development process from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with different functional areas in the company, like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-quality products
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify product improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product features, create detailed product specifications, and manage the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user personas and user flows.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to iterate and enhance products over time.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product vision, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
• Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on leveraging data for decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Advantage:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent Product Management training
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain
• Good understanding of SaaS applications workflows
