Automation Engineer

A multidisciplinary automotive startup specializes in image processing, AI, and systems that track and alert regarding driver attentiveness and behavior within vehicles. These systems are based on elements like head posture, steering wheel movements, and more. Additionally, they optimize based on the number of identified passengers in the vehicle and their positions.

The company's products are already integrated into vehicles of several car manufacturers in China and the United States. They've raised around $70 million after multiple rounds of funding and are now listed on the stock market.

They currently hold over 30 approved patents and are located in the Sharon region, near the railway line, offering the option of remote work. Approximately 60 individuals are employed there.

In this role, as part of the ongoing development team, initial work will predominantly involve manual processes, transitioning later into automation. Responsibilities will include infrastructure and testing development in Python (expanding automation), working with Rest API, and Selenium.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience in leading research from end (business requirements) to implementation in the field and validation.

• 6 years of experience in signal and/or image processing - classic and deep learning.

• Hands-on in experience research and application.

• Suitable academic background.

• English speaker – fluent.
