Job Summary:

Seeking an AI Group Team Leader with a unique blend of leadership and technical research

skills. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our data science team towards developing innovative

generative AI algorithms, while also nurturing a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Leadership: Guide and inspire the data science team, setting a vision for AI research and development that aligns with company objectives.

● Research and Development: Lead cutting-edge AI research initiatives, ensuring the team stays ahead in the field of generative AI.

● Team Building and Mentorship: Act as a mentor to foster team growth, encouraging continuous learning and innovation in AI research.

● Collaborative Project Management: Manage and collaborate on AI projects from conception to deployment, emphasizing teamwork in research and development.

● Talent Development: Identify, attract, and nurture talent, creating a team that excels in both technical and collaborative aspects.

● Technical Expertise: Oversee the technical aspects of ML model development, ensuring excellence in data analysis, model training, and deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or

equivalent professional experience.

● 5+ years of experience in ML or a similar role, with a strong foundation in AI research.

● 3+ years of leadership experience in a ML or Data Science team.

● Proficiency in data structures, data modeling, and cloud-based software architecture.

● Extensive knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability, and algorithms. Preferred Qualifications:

● Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

● Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey complex AI concepts to a variety

of audiences.
