Lerman Ben-Shushan Planning Office is a planning and design firm founded in 2012. We have a multidisciplinary approach to planning that draws from urban planning, landscape architecture, architectural and infrastructure design. Our team has expertise in creating plans at national, regional, and local scales for both rural and urban areas. Currently were are focusing on Urban Regeneration planning. We pride ourselves on our commitment to translating policy into spatial solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Architect role located in Tel Aviv district with flexibility for some work from home. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in the realm of Statutory Planning, such as performing architectural design and drafting, managing projects and conducting programming and site analysis, and integrating different software applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in statutory planning, architectural design, drafting, and urbanism.
• Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of planning codes and regulations
• Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in urban planning and infrastructure design is a plus
