Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a visionary and hands-on Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team. As a co-founder, you will be an integral part of shaping the company's technology vision, strategy, and culture. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building the foundation of our startup.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the design, development, and implementation of a cutting-edge infrastructure for our AI solution.
• Collaborate closely with other co-founders to define the technical roadmap and align it with the overall business strategy.
• Bring expertise in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning to drive technical innovation.
• Build and lead a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee software architecture, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role within a technology-driven startup or similar environment.
• A strong background in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning technologies is a must !!!
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling robust infrastructure for AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
