We are hiring a CFO for The Underwater Observatory Eilat to oversee the company's financial operations, including monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and creating annual work plans while leading economic efficiency processes.

Residency or relocation to Eilat is mandatory.

Job Description:

• To lead and manage the finance department, preparing financial statements adhering to Israeli and international norms (IFRS).
• Manage and supervise the profit centers in all the departments.
• Close work with banks, financial entities, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and manage monthly and annual cash flows and budgets.
• Supervise the accounting and collection systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and service providers.
• Contribute to building annual work plans and compare budgetary execution.
• Produce and analyze financial reports, exercise budgetary control, and facilitate process management. Provide regular reports to groups' management.
• Lead economic efficiency processes and feasibility tests in the organization.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be a certified accountant.
• Minimum of two years experience as a CFO or in a similar role within a company with an annual activity above 20M ILS.
• High-level negotiation skills, analytical skills, and business orientation.
• Experience in budget preparation and management, conducting controls, editing cash flows, and analyzing financial reports.
• Knowledge and experience working with accounting software (Hashavshevet).
• Mastery of Excel.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• English Proficiency
